It lightened my teeth a shade or two :) any shade lighter is good in my book. The purple gel sticks on the teeth when you try to remove the strip, but I simply use my fingers to remove the gel then follow it up with tooth brushing and flossing in some areas where the gel got in between.the best part in my opinion is that it is painless. I’ve used whitening strips that actually hurt so bad and so I stop using them.
